Mr. Muniandy Vestanathan is a graduate of University of London with an LLB (Honours) in the year 2002. In the year 2002 after obtaining the Degree, he started his career at Messrs Wan Sharizal, Hari & Co as paralegal, here he picked up the research skill, where it is very valuable in handling litigious legal matters. This attained skill sharpened with the guidance of Mr. Hariharan, a partner in Messrs Wan Sharizal, Hari & Co. Further, he has experience drafting Sale of Share Agreement, Sale of Business Agreement, Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholders Agreement, Venture Capital Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding and other related agreements.

Thereafter he completed his Certificate of Legal Practice in the year 2005 while working at HSBC Group whereby one of the area that was exposed to him includes Anti-Money Laundering and Bankruptcy.

In the same year he chose his carrier path at SPM Holdings Sdn Bhd as a Senior Executive, in the Legal Department. In SPM Holdings Sdn Bhd he was exposed to corporate matters varying from corporate contracts worth multi million dollar to corporate litigation. Further exposure from SPM Holdings Sdn Bhd, was related to Immigration due to the large number of foreign workers and of course Labour and Industrial related matter was handled there. With regards to local employment matters, experience was gained while in service as the In-house Counsel. Due to the nature of the business, the frequency of interaction with Police Department and the Department of Environment has made Mr. Muniandy Vestanathan valiant and confident in handling Criminal matters. Due to the dedication that was shown, Mr. Muniandy Vestanathan was chosen to lead the legal team within 2 years of service with SPM Group. Thereafter he was promoted as the Head of Corporate Services which provided the exposure in handling various Government Departments and Ministries.

Subsequently in the year 2008, he chambered under Messrs K. Rajendran & Associates whereby his was exposed in various type of civil ligations. In the year 2009, Mr. Muniandy Vestanathan was called as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. In Messrs K. Rajendran & Associates he was exposed to corporate, banking, tort (accident), conveyancing including sale and purchase of property, sub sale of property and tenancy, criminal and other areas of the law.
