Currently there are two main lawyers in the firm,Ms. Gowri Subbaiyah and Encik Mohamed Firdaus Bin M.Farouk, who are based in our main office. We are powered by a work force of 10 experienced paralegal and support staff; personable, resourceful and passion driven in getting the job done. Ourr legal firm is currently covered by professional indemnity insurance of RM 3,000,000.00, far exceeding the minimum mandatory requirements prescribed in the Legal Profession Act. It’s our pride that our firm has never had any claims under the Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy.

YB Senator Datuk PK. Subbaiyah, PKN, KMN, PJN was born on 20-10-1949 at Kuala Kurau, Perak. He grew up and lived in Kuala Kurau, Perak during his early age. He was educated in Kuala Kurau and continued his education at Methodist High School, Parit Buntar, Perak. After his high school education he joined the Auxiliary Penang Port Police as an Inspector. At the age of 29, he married Datin Vallini Suppiah on 10-12-1978. He was promoted as Assistant Superintendant of Police. He served the force from 1970-1980.
In 1979 a daughter, Gowri Subbaiyah was born and a year later a son, Ganesh Subbaiyah. He was a loving and caring father who was responsible in upbringing the children. In 1982, he left his career to pursue his legal studies in England at the University of Buckingham. He was accompanied by Datin Vallini Suppiah, who worked and supported him till he completed his education in England. The thought of his children whom he has left behind in Malaysia made him strive very hard
and he graduated with flying colors obtaining a Second Class Honors. He declined the opportunity to pursue his bar exams to qualify as a barrister in Grays Inn as he missed his family back home. Upon returning to Malaysia, he completed his Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) and qualified as a lawyer. Upon completion of his pupilage, with great help of Datin Vallini, he started his practice in his own legal firm in Butterworth namely,
Syarikat P. Subbaiyah in 1988, wherein Datuk PK. Subbaiyah handled court cases whilst Datin Vallini managed the firm. He started to help especially the poor students by providing education funds from his own pocket. His assistance to the society was numerous and incompatible. He was appointed as the Chairman of Sree Maha Mariamman Temple, Butterworth (1990-2000) and one of his most noted effort was the successful completion of Dewan Sri Mariamman which was the first multipurpose hall for the Indian Community. Datuk PK. Subbaiyah was then appointed as the Councellor for Majlis Perbandaran Seberang Perai from 1994 to 2004. In 1995, he was elected as the MIC Chairman, Permatang Pauh branch and continued his services as the Permatang Pauh Division C h a i r m a n . He became the State Secretary of the Penang State MIC Liaison Committee from 1995 to 2004. He was elected as ADUN Bagan Dalam and became an EXCO member from 2004 to 2008. He was also appointed as the Chairman of Penang Hindu Endowment Board during the same period. He served many other social and NGO bodies as Chairman during his lifetime such as PEMADAM, Kompleks Masyarakat Penyayang, Penang. He was appointed as the advisor and patron by many social bodies such as Hindu Youth Association, Bagan Indian Welfare Association, Butterworth Bell Club and others.
